Pipe welding FAQs
Do you purge stainless welds?
Always. Every stainless root is argon-purged and capped to prevent sugaring, so bores stay clean for food, dairy and process service.
Can you work during our shutdown?
That's our specialty. We plan tie-ins to the hour, bring backup plant, and hand back tested and documented before your restart window closes.
What sizes and materials?
Tube and pipe from 15mm to 600mm in 304/316 stainless, carbon steel and aluminium. Exotic alloys by arrangement with procedure qualification.
Do welds pass x-ray?
Our TIG roots are laid x-ray ready as standard, and we coordinate NDT with accredited labs where your specification calls for it.
