Steel welding FAQs
Are your structural welds certified?
Yes. Structural work follows qualified procedures to AS/NZS 1554, every joint is visually inspected, and you receive weld maps and compliance paperwork for your certifier.
Can you weld on our site?
Absolutely — our mobile rigs carry generators, fume extraction and full PPE. We work around your program, including nights, weekends and shutdown windows.
Do you work from engineers' drawings?
Yes. Send PDFs or CAD files and we fabricate to the millimetre. If something on the drawing won't work in the real world, we'll flag it before cutting.
How fast can you turn a frame around?
Standard portal frames typically leave the workshop within two to three weeks of approved drawings. Tell us your crane date and we'll schedule backwards from it.
