Marcus did his apprenticeship on mine-site construction in the Bowen Basin and has spent the last decade running Ferroforge's structural crew. Portal frames, crane beams, mezzanines — if it holds a roof up, Marcus has probably welded one like it.

He's the bloke with the string line and the 600mm level, famous in the shop for rejecting his own welds before QA ever sees them. Apprentices roster to work his jobs because the lessons stick.
