Overview

Forgeline Developments needed 220 metres of balcony and breezeway balustrade across twelve levels — one consistent finish, NCC-compliant gaps and heights, and installation sequenced floor-by-floor behind the glaziers.

We built a master jig so every panel came out identical, galvanised and powder-coated in batches, then installed level-by-level with torque-recorded chemical anchors. Twelve levels, one snag list item: a single touch-up chip.
