Overview

BuildRight Constructions needed a 4,800 m² distribution warehouse framed before the wet season. We fabricated 340 tonnes of portal steel — columns, rafters, purlins and bracing — in our Wacol shop while footings were poured, then erected the full frame in eleven crane days.

The challenge was a live freight corridor along the eastern boundary. We sequenced deliveries before 6am, kept the boundary lane clear with spotters on every lift, and handed over a frame within 3mm of true — ready for cladding ahead of program.
